In the heart of the Saint Pourçain vineyards, you can relax and enjoy the pleasures of the beautiful Bourbonnais countryside, whether for business or leisure. Our fully renovated and equipped 50 m² cottage on two levels offers a comfortable and pleasant stay. Many activities are available according to your wishes. We will gladly invite you to a wine tasting at our estate and introduce you to the must-see sites of our region. Ideal for 2 guests, your air-conditioned accommodation is attached to our house. The independent ground-floor entrance opens to a lounge and relaxation area with sofa, TV, WiFi, games, and books. Upstairs, you’ll find a bedroom (160x200 cm bed, wardrobe), a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Enjoy your own terrace with garden furniture. Extra feature: The sofa (trundle beds) converts into 2 separate 90x200 cm beds. Beds are made, and bed and bath linen are provided. You’ll have access to a secure storage area for bikes or other items, and to the unfenced wooded grounds. The cottage is 5 km from Saint-Pourçain-sur-Sioule, where you’ll find all amenities and many tourist activities (play park, mini-golf, escape game, treetop adventure park). Le Pal amusement park is 45 minutes away, Moulins and Vichy 30 minutes, and the Sioule Gorges, Bourbonnaise Mountains, and Puy de Dôme are 1 hour away.

Located in Saulcet (03500) in central France, this 25 m² private room welcomes up to two guests and features a bedroom with a double bed (160 cm), an en-suite bathroom with shower, hairdryer, and towels. Enjoy ground-level access, private air conditioning, a TV, and Wi-Fi. The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, cooktop, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, cutlery, and dining table, allowing you to prepare your own breakfast.
